Refund policy
At Pureglide SA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including personal care products that have been used or opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed.
